If you cannot wait, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

@childofgrace Thry are DHS. they will review you case and ask for a status to USCIS. since they are outside USCIS they have to respond to their concerns about a case.
