Long Journey, finnaly passed after an interview!
Only we know how much anxiety we have during this process.
How many worries and frustrations we have.
How many times we have opened our app and there is no updates.
How many times we have tried to dig out anything from “Ask Emma” but got a useless response of “your case is processing normally, just wait!”
I’ve seen a friend of mine got the green card in 4 months without interview, I felt so unfair I’m sitting on 560 days.. but hang in there guys, it will happen. Everything will come to an end and you’ll get that card.
I sincerely hope every geniuen couples get to have the positive results soon. 🌺
The interview was pretty chill.
The officer collected all the extra joint stuff we brought, looked at all our photos, confirmed everything on the 485 and 130 forms, it lasted around 30 minutes. The officer said he approves both. I got the approval notice on both the next day.

which field office did you go to for interview?

@usama kashif mostly just verify information on both forms, but they did ask who attended the wedding, have we met each others parents, my visa status when we met and what I was doing. Our current jobs. I provided a lot of joint documents, tax return, joint account, joint memberships etc. According to the officer, the more joint stuff we had, the less likely we would got an interview.
