My appt was at 9AM and I was seen at 930ish. LI office was not busy when I went. Not sure how I feel about the interview - the lady who interviewed me was running through the questions so fast and there was absolutely no pleasantries. My case is a little complicated too so it was tough for me and I came out of it feeling uneasy. I got the "case needs to be reviewed up to 120 days" paper. But I think she printed that out as I first sat down. So it seems like she was just doing the clerical work and my case needed to be brought to a supervisor anyways. If you do not have a straightforward case I suggest you bring your lawyer. Best of luck!

Thanks for the very detailed explanation. What made your case complicated? My case is not straightforward either. We live with our joint sponsor due to financial restraints. We don’t have enough joint documents and I am worried. My spouse has a major health issue that prevents working full time.

I’m adjusting under 245i as a grandfathered derivative to my mom. It requires extra scrutiny I heard. I definitely suggest talking to a lawyer (if not already) about your case. I’m sorry your spouse is going through hard times :( Be prepared to have a good explanation for everything and you should be ok

Priority Date is March, 04, 2021. I filed in Brooklyn, but changed address to Long Island at some point, waiting for interview.

Hi Larry, Your interview will be scheduled soon. A friend with a December PD (exactly a month earlier than mine) at the same field office got scheduled nine days before me. I won’t be surprised if you are scheduled early October. Keep in touch!
