Can you explain exactly how to ask Emma about location of application ? Thank you so much

so if you just Google ask emma it will come up. and then when you get on chat. ask for agent. make sure to do it during week not weekend and during business hours. you won't get an agent otherwise. then ask if they have any updates on your case and if they know its location. normally first message they will just say its progressing normally and stuff and not say location. just ask about location again and then they if its been transfered will say the date it was moved and where too. hope that helps 😊 @Marcus Boeckel
