live chat with Emma agent
was put through with a live agent by Emma this morning.
She tells me that my combo card is approved 11/09 & is still being processed and to wait at least a month for it to be mailed.
She also confirmed that my interview was waived & that my AOS case is currently processing at NBC with 2 documents pending view. Once that’s done it should be forward for process in the local field of San Bernardino for final review with a decision .
I’m guessing that the estimate time of decision on my i-130 account saying 2 Months till decision isn’t that far off after all!!!!

@G M M @Francine Robinson @ Hope Hopefully @Lia Oliveira I ask for live agent, then it will ask for your receipt number & what they can help u with I always say: “what is the last action taken on my case?” & then it should connect (sometimes u have to wait, be patient & if it says sorry they are busy ignore it keep saying “live agent”). once you’re connected you will need to verify your personal info & again it will ask for question to help, when you are connected to an agent say: “what is the last action taken on my case? I have received no notice or information on my uscis account ?” or say: “where is my case currently being processed & when will I recieve (rfe/ interview/combo)?” hope it helps !!!

@A M chat with them tomorrow friday any time from 8-4. I am a beneficiary my husband is the USC petitioner. there is no problem who contacts them, you or ur partner. you just need to make sure u give them the right info, ur correct home address , date of birth , email etc. good luck 🍀
