I have been trying to check on my case for over a week , every time I try , system is down or services not available, what happened to live agent service ?

I was having the same problem but I opened up a private browser and I finally got through.

ignore whatever they say about the service not being available and still type live agent

I was able to contact thru private browser and keep saying live agent , thanks 🙏
