Call the USCIS number 800-375-5283 and when the automated operator asks you anything, respond "INFO PASS" reapet this two words every time it asks you something, remember "INFO PASS" and you will be redirected to a real agent.
same way works with ema you write "INFO PASS" and you will be redirected to a live agent
