Go to google and write NVC vaccinations and you'll find it, it can be one or more of the listed vaccinations not all of them..

you don’t need varicella if you have had chicken pox. they do a blood test for that one. I had the titers so didn’t need the shot.

tetanus has to be within the last 10 years.

@mrs Ans they will figure out what you don’t have and can give to you or you can go somewhere else and get them done for cheaper. my suggestion is to get them done in advance If you’re sure you don’t have them. if you’re unsure they can do a blood test and tell you what you need. also some vaccines you can’t do all together so they need to be spaced out. either way you can just show up and wait for instruction but it’s definitely cheaper to do the vaccines at a cvs / drugstore vs the civil surgeon

@mrs Ans once you get your IL, you should go and do all the vaccines and test blood, you can find the list of doctors in the NVC's website..
