idk WTH they’re doing there pending concurrent (rp 140 and 485) filing for 18 months pd Dec’ 22 current for 5 months now LIN2490098…

My block is LIN2490096. I submitted request to my congresswoman and they helped submit an inquiry to USCIS. Not sure because of it though they moved my case to National Benefit Center recently

@L N same block as you, PD is Dec 5, 2022 and still waiting for approval. @Frankie Ng how did you submit an inquiry? When I use the USCIS tool for earliest inquiry date, it tells me that the earliest I can submit an inquiry is November 2025.

oh cool @jet . and @Frankie Ng seems like it’s your I-485 that you guys are discussing. did you do I-140 premium before?

LIN230305 range, its been 1045 days, no interviews no rfe. CRP since Dec 2022.

@jet Yes it was the same for me as my earliest I can submit an inquiry is Dec 2025. But I asked my representative to help me submit the query. You can find your representative here by entering your zipcode, and follow the instruction on their website under the section “Help with a Federal Agency”

@L N I didn’t at the beginning and I was waiting for 10 months without any update. Then I decided to upgraded to premium in early Jan this year and got approved end of Jan. I was a bit regret as I should pay for that at the beginning, so maybe my case would move to National Benefit Center earlier.
