my is LIN, still CRP in Nebraska. PD is 4 MAR 2022

Unfortunately USCIS does not operate in FIFO basis. A lot of IOE cases are getting approved because they are easy for USCIS to track on, they can be easily transferred to different service centers/field offices electronically. For LIN and for any paper based cases, they have to physically transfer the files. IOE cases are somehow getting priority and if your priority date is current they are getting the approvals.

same here:( LIN PD Nov 2022- in it shows mycaseshub in Nov 22 57% cases approved - last week 25 LIN approved but now it retrogressed so it is all frozen till October Even after that if they give priority to recent cases then it is going to be a long wait :(

my case is LIN to NBC and now to Philly FO non local

paper filed cases are stucked ! :-( updates from Emma also not reliable as they can’t see the exact location and processing of files
