I will vote no but here is my advise. focus your business plan toward creating a consulting organization where you would use tools leveraging your rich experiences to counsel organizations and families on managing autism. show proof of your experiences, personal developments, works and engagement that other organizations have in the past or future commit to your works. this can be contracts you have had or have with organization or individuals soliciting your skills and works. it should also display your path to personal development and service delivery. Carefully craft a path or methods that you are using or will use to get engagements from this organizations and families. Remember that your focus is to share with uscis that you are outstanding, your plan is feasible and you are in strong position to deliver the high impact being communicated on this plan and on the attached cover letter. why I am not in support that you use schools only is because school have very reformist limited scopes, the space is limited, and there is a lot uncertainty that school would even be interested in your resources particularly on the process style, the resources they have and the contracting limitations. but if your audience is expanded, there would be limited chance for uscis to align process to your delivery and he may not clearly decide as the impact can weigh specifically because the arena is vast (giving him the chance to not judge the plan but approve it).
