LETTER WRITING
Good evening family, please I need your advice. was wondering if it’s a good idea to write a letter to USCIS regarding my pending I-765 form . So it’s been a year and some months now that I haven’t gotten a work permit and i first filed under vawa and later I found out it was c31 I went to file for c09 and I have reached out to the uscis about my old I-765 and they told me it’s under review and now I don’t work anymore because the tips of my finger get swollen after braiding and that was how I was supporting my self through school but now am facing financial difficulties and even with my PF I still got a denial letter from DTA for assistance and I have been to the social security office so many times trying to see if I could get a social security card but I was denied too and now I have been offer two letters by schools into nursing and I don’t want to miss this opportunity so am thinking of writing a letter to the USCIS office for them to help expedite my I-765 form . So do you people think is a good idea please . I need you all help and if someone can provide me with the Nebraska office address and what should I state and evidence can I submit with the letter and also do you think it’s a good idea that I state in my letter that i braid hair to support myself but I can’t do that anymore. And also I need social security for financial aid and I also applied for itin number so in case it comes I will try it with financial aid if only they will even approve it for me because I don’t know if they will give me financial aid with my itin and I my state also have a free college over here so hopefully I get it with my itin . So family I really need advice. Thank you all

Write a letter to the USCIS with any job offer or school offer letter attached and explain how the hardship have been affecting you. I’m sure you will get a positive response

You can call USCIS and ask for exepedite also you can reach out to your senator or congressman for help. they will contact USCIS on behalf of you

So I have a lawyer and I have paid this lawyer in full and anytime I call about my case they talk to me anyhow so the last time I sent out a message expressing how I feel to him about him not even trying to put in the effort to expedite my case cause I don’t want to do anything without a lawyer and am also broke and can’t afford a lawyer now so I don’t know if I call the congress they will tell me to talk to my lawyer so I think writing the letter will help @naomi bushira @Abi Ken what do t you all think

try using your congressional office.

@a d You can report the lawyer as well but since you don’t t have a job offer I can help you in drafting letter and if you know where you service centre is you send it there cuz Trump canceled Ombudsman for immigration help so it’s best you write them
