Anyone on here who in the month of Jan, 2022 got approved by USCIS through the Texas Service Center and got a welcome letter from the NVC??
...going on 90 days waiting for welcome letter after approval. NVC said they don't have the documents and it's an I-140 so only lawyer or petitioner can check where it is with USCIS.

I got approved on Jan, 24. 2022 and my case was at TSC. On Jan 28 2022 I got welcome letter from NVC. now Iām waiting for my all documents accepted by NVC.

That's amazing. I hope they accept your documents get approve quickly. My wife's filing was an I-140 so I don't know what's up.

The same is happening with me. Today is 105 days from the I-140 approval and the petition was not transferred from USCIS to NVC yet. Any update on yours?

@Gustavo after this post we wrote the NVC again and they had told us that the case was received by them. So yeah, we got an update. Just waiting for fee bill now
