hi guys,
my PD is September 2020. My case status is Case Remain Pending. I already have interview and I have submitted RFE long time before Interview. Do you guys think i can leave my sponsor now?

@liu g how long have you been working for them? after first year part time is fine! I’ll be completing my one year in December.. after that I’m planning to work only one day

if your sponsor doesn’t withdraw the application you should be fine

@liu g they cannot withdraw your application anymore. also you don’t need to give explanations to them. if you decide to leave just tell them your contract is done that’s it!

You can port to a new employer if your I-140 has been approved, and your I-485 has been pending for over 180 days.
Just make sure that your new position is same or similar to your previous position (i.e the position filed on your I-140). Also, make sure your new employer is willing to complete the I-485J supplementary form for you. You can download it on the USCIS website to better understand the questions required from your new employer.
You don't need to file the 485J. You can hold on to the completed form until it is requested from USCIS via RFE. In some cases, USCIS won't request it and you can receive your GC with no RFE. Goodluck
