it must be because I got the same message after the approval of my EAD.

does this mean approval is coming for me? cos am confused.

maybe unless they made a mistake. did you check your uscis account and see if anything was approved or under documents to see if there is any approval notice there?

@SM it's unlike Lawfully to make that mistake I'd think. unless of course something is coming soon on my case. USCIS Officer called my wife yesterday asking her questions on our relationship and our expedite request approval and about her health. so I don't know what's going on.

@AchAay, did you check your case if anything?

@SM, did this email come before your EAD approval or after your EAD approval?

@Austin maybe wait till tomorrow and check. for some reason my cases always update 9-15hrs late. so by the time I get a notification it shows it was updated hours ago. just be patient and wait until tomorrow then if nothing shows then I would ask an agent through Emma if there is any update on your case.

I received it as well..my case was approved since the 8th thou so hopefully yours is coming as well

@cow moo, when did you file? my own case was accepted for Expedite and also got an email from USCIS March 1, 2022 that my case was with an officer under active review. so I don't know.

I don't think that Lawfully can know an update of our cases before the USCIS website.
