It compares your case to other users. so not very representative as not all uscis applicants are lawfully users. you don't really need that kind of stats or "insights" into your case. I personally use it for information exchange in the Community tab.

This app only uses your case number and type of filing, then retrieves information using public tools from USCIS and compares all data, estimating time through averages. Not necessarily accurate because of each case being different, but gives you some insight.
