Lawfully App is confused
My I-30 case isn’t even yet 3 months but this app is saying I am over 3 months. Currently, my case is only 78 days old. I feel like the system need to be updated. Others app am using, telling me the correct time of my case. Does anyone else experience this?

Check the days not the months. The days are correct, but they define the months to be 15 days ahead. So after 90-15 = 75 days you enter the third month, until 120-15 = 105, which starts the 4th month. If you were on day 89, they don't want to say 2 months since 89 is basically 3 months.

@ Nasir, Mary and Muhammad, these are the apps I am using, visa tracker, immigration case tracker, case tracker for USCIS status and immigration case TrueTime. All are free except the immigration case TrueTime, cost is $5/monthly. Currently, case TrueTime estimates that I will be getting decision from USCIS by 07/18/22 or early. Hoping to see if the are accurate.

@ Zaki, I don’t get it, we all know that 90 days is 3 months and after that, it’s over 3 months. Don’t tell me 78 days is after 3 months. The maths don’t add up.

I didn't say 78 is after 3 months. I said 78 is closer to 3 months than 2 months. That's what the months mean on this app, they show you which month you are closer to, not the completed months. I also prefer your definition, I'm only explaining what the app does. It may be confusing, but it's not wrong.
