I don't think your Percentage projection are very accurate ? need more opinions. And why are local USCIS not available when you are doing AOS. I'm doing Chicago. but it has me under California. Because local offices are not available.

I agree with you, my case still under Potomac even though it’s been transferred to my local office in TN and it’s been there more than 6 months with same thing pending review
