@DA AR live agent told me the next step will be transferring to field office . Its been almost 2 years staying on CRP list .. nothing changed till now

@Paul Gun if you are not current, unfortunately it will change. will be staying in CRP till you are current and even further. I’m current for 3 months already , meanwhile still in CRP. about transferring to FO: also not true. NBC approved majority of EB cases without transferring to FO. last 1,5 months NBC approved 2160 cases that were in CRP , non of them was transferred to FO .

@DA AR how do you know that NBC approved 2160 crp cases ?? can you please let me know about that ..

we have this file , it is based on casestatusext.com approval statistics from NBC. but to hava chance for aproval you must be current

@DA AR My case receipt number starts with LIN and its was transfer to the NBC so what service center should i have to look Nebraska or NBC ??

@Paul Gun check casestatusext.com, status analysis, choose LIN caterogy. I believe you should see NBC, if it is there already

@DA AR yes case is already on NBC but casestatusext.com shows weekly approval which starts only MSC but not LIN ..

@Paul Gun go to status analysis, form I-485, there are all categories there , including LIN-LB and LIN-SC

11 months for CRP. there'were 4times case was reviewed

yeah .. those agents have no idea what happens when a case goes to a field office. this is something an agent himself told me after another agent had told me that my case was reviewed on 8th march. these agents just make stuff up. once i was told my case was in Cleveland, i dont even live there. next day next agent said my case is in houston. Only one agent said the truth that they have no idea what happens when case is in field office. they can only tell where the case is.
