@K Iyer how did u get there and what questions were asked from you and was ICE present there and why were you stopped 3 times before. I am asking this because I’ve been also stopped 3 times so please share your experience

@Uttam Singh yes ice were there but if your intention are clear and no criminal record or and your lawyer is not in red flag you are good to go…they just asked me related to my vawa case and how did you come to usa for the first time and all common questions

@Amal Krishna I received FDL letter and already had interview just asked about how I entered to USA any criminal record how did you apply for vawa who suggested you the lawyer and all that’s it

@Uttam Singh I have been travelling to India since 2018 have been travelled multiple times like more then 20 trips but this was my first time I was denied 3 times just because of lawyer Daniel now every thing is clear

@K Iyer my lawyer is also Daniel and now have you changed the lawyer and please tell me which airport and airline would be best to travel. And is Daniel a red flag and his clients are having trouble in traveling

@Uttam Singh yes he is red flag calling him since march 2026 the first time I was denied he told he cannot help and behaved rude then changed the lawyer and then I travelled from delhi via Japan airlines

@klyer Two of my friends were not allowed to board. One was sent back from Oman. Another friend was denied boarding three times—first from Mumbai, then he was sent back from Amsterdam, and the third time he was denied boarding from Delhi, even though his lawyer was also present. Considering these experiences, could you please explain how you were able to board? You also mentioned that you have a friend in Delhi who is an immigration lawyer. Would they be able to help in such cases? Please advise, as your guidance could be extremely helpful to someone facing this situation. If possible, could you also share a contact number?
