pd aug 2021 and received 25 days ago. still waiting.

LA FIELD OFFICE- pd 11/21, rfe submitted 08/25, case updated as rfe received on 09/01. nothing after that…. still waiting!!!

@Eb3 other someone with same date got their GC approved. what was your deadline for RFE ? some has sep 15th i had 09/08

I think they ran out of visa numbers for this year. Very few approvals

October we will start seeing more approvals

mine was approved on La Field Office last Friday. sent RFE on Aug 28th, they updated my app that RFE was received on Sept 3rd, and i485 approved on sept 11th.

PD December 2021 here too! Still waiting. They approved my parole two weeks ago ago but no movement on 485.

how many people had 90013 or 90053 when submitting rfe. it seems like one with 90013 are being approved. is there anyone approves with 90053 zip code in la County field office.
