my case was transferred to LA on (6/23/26). i just received RFE case status update today…. medical is expired and no interview so far..

@Eb3 other @ly pp Can Emma live agent tell exact date when the case transferred? when I asked such information they said they don’t have such information.

@Green Bear when I spoke to live agent she was able to tell me that. not all agents do that

@Green Bear, its quite difficult to get info out from the agents & you really can’t rely on their information solely unless same information is given by multiple agents…. if some agent given you a generic answer, better to try with a different agent on a different day… also, i just got my status updated on uscis for rfe.. haven’t received it yet…

@ly pp the quickest was a week, and then other few had their approved in between 20-35 days

My case was transferred to LA Field office in March 2026. I received an RFE in April, and USCIS received my response, and I’m still waiting for a decision. My PD is Feb. 2024. I tried to talk to a live agent, and they answered that my case is under review.
