l1a extn denied, i140 approved
Had asked earlier in other groups but ans was inconclusive
1. L1a not filed concurrently
2. Assume i 140 os approved
3. L1a extn denied
Gone back to india and with same company
Later after few years PD will become currnet. Can we file i-485 from india with consular processing..even without having valid l1a/h1b direct for GC

i-485 is the form used if you are present on US. If you are outside the US you cannot file i-485 which is adjustment of status.

i read we can do consular processing. but ia that allowed for above case
