what is the number to call uscis to get to talk to an agent rather than the robot?

@Kareem I’m not trying to sound mean but nothing can be done. C31 means you won’t get a work permit until I360 is approved which takes about 26months if all goes well. What you can do is to file another i765 under C09, this will take about 6months to get EAD. other than this, nothing can be done. All the best

@Karen, I would go ahead and apply for the C09 reason is because you don’t have anything to lose and it’s free. It won’t stop them from attending to the C31 filed initially. you can get both cards at the end of the day and you might be lucky to get the C09 approved in less than 6 months.

u can file c9 , trust me it will get approved before your i360 does. so go ahead and tell your lawyer to file c9 so u can start work while u wait
