have been waiting since too,it’s 5 months now after responding to RFE, am thinking of filing N400

Ive been waiting from August 4th I submitted my RFE no update since then Vermont service, any ideas?

I just want to know how California cut their l 751 times in over half. I was just on Reddit and some guy applied for N400 on aug… month later he had his American passport. LA was were he was. 1 month. I think we just got some bad luck but hopefully next month times will improve

how did it go from june 2020 to January 2020 for receipt date for case inquiry. that's absurd

no rfe I sent so many documents over 300 pages

I responded RFE back August and no update since then

Vermont is such a crap hole. I saw one guy say he got approved last week filed Aug 2020. another still waiting from Dec 2019

I moved in September 2020 from NY to NJ and filed my change of address 2 weeks in. then about another 3 weeks from then I got a notice saying my case was transferred to NBC and nothing since then. I was told nbc usually processes cases fast but it's been a year since that so I have no clue. I was told to continue using the Vermont timeline which I also didn't understand

hey guys I just got an update, anyone know what that means On October 6, 2021, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC209012***, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

looks like they are transferring cases to lessen the workload. It happens especially when certain processing locations have longer times than others and Vermont and increases times the past 2 months

they might but I see less and less interviews for l751. sometimes people get an rfe and half the time it’s just requesting the same thing they already sent. I would just be happy something moved. plz let us know what reason they give u for transferring although I’m sure it’s to lessen the workload

I’ve submitted a RFE such as recent taxes bills etc and explained details with a letter. I hope they will not call for interview since I am out of the country

oh also I just saw someone post an hr ago about 751/400. the officer approved their N400 and scheduled the oath ceremony without the spouse being present and approved that l751 a week later. go figure lol

you can always reschedule although that’s work flying back for lol
