@kouka ODG If you have not yet been granted asylum by USCIS or a judge, you are not eligible for I-131 RTD.

I have my work permis and social . and I can apply for I 131 travel document. I m eligible for I 131

my case have 3years ago. I can apply because I not got interviews to officer

after asylum grant then you are eligible for I-131..

I share my experience I was have a pending tps before got my i131 approved they never send me the approval, if you don’t have something pending you send I 131 they not gonna approve you to travel.
