Kindly advise if I should attend this interview or no
I am a spouse of the principal applicant in an asylum case and we have 3 kids together. we had issues and divorced. I got married to an American and the marriage did not last and we divorced again. I and my first wife that had 3 kids together reconciled after my divorce from the second marriage and got married again. Now they invited the principal applicant and dependents for the asylum interview. Should I attend the interview with her and the kids since I was a dependent when it was filed and we are legally Married? please help

but this is the truth and real and I need a honest advice

@chil udex I can’t advise you about your case. You need to contact an immigration lawyer. But I can leave you with this advice, stay unmarried. Marriage may not be for you. Nor for the intentions you have. Good luck

@chil udex I think you should attend. You will only need to disclose your marriages and then show proof of your current marital status. If interview goes well I don’t see why you won’t obtain a derivative status.

@Stampft Kleid thanks so much.@Oliver Farm it’s better to be quiet if you don’t have a positive comment . you are not the only one in this community.

@chil udex I couldn’t resist responding to your ridiculous story. From your story I can tell exactly where you’re from. Don’t ruin the chances of others from your country.

@Oliver Farm it’s never ridiculous. People share their experiences and others learn. No one knows it all when it comes to immigration and two people may have same case but the results may be different. Your response is absurd and from your response I can tell where you came from.

@chil udex once again, good luck! Remember to share your update from USCIS, whatever you decide🤣

@chil udex Hey, I’m not here to judge, even if the story sounds a bit wild. You absolutely should attend the interview, but make sure you have a lawyer. Invest in one with a solid reputation. Trust me, if it sounds crazy to us, imagine how an immigration officer might react. Don’t go without an attorney!
