If he is not currently in the US your case in consular processing and he will be receiving his green card when he arrives in the US, you have to pay the fee once he gets approved on the interview, good luck!!

@kali m, You don’t have to send your neutralisation certificate but if you submit in NVC than your spouse have to print all documents that you submitted in the NVC

@kali m, after interview when you go to collect your passport than they will ask you how would you like to pay GC fee in Nepal or you can pay from USA but you have to pay before your spouse enter to the USA https://my.uscis.gov/uscis-immigrant-fee

@vidya vidya mine took a while . almost 4 month.but I know some people who got IL within 1 month of DQ

@kali m question my case just got transferred to NVC and we got Welcome letter .. from your experience could you tell how long it took to DQ

@kali m since my consular is also at Nepal so what did you guys do for vaccinations records? do you have to get all the vaccinations before you go to designated medical doctor , could you please guide on this please

@unicorn life . I got exactly on 1 month . for vaccinations. we only had covid vaccines they provided us rest of it at IOM .

@kali m so we just make an appointment with preferred medical doctor and they will provide all vaccinations? but some vaccination like hepatitis need some interval gap to have 2nd dose so how does that work?

@unicorn life as fas I know . they gave him vaccine for hep B but it was not the reason for his rescheduling the reason was a stain on his chest xray . I will ask him the details and let you know soon

@unicorn life so I asked my husband . they only gave him 1 dose of hepatitis B vaccine and that’s it. no need for another dose to get a visa
