4 months after interview at Kansas City is unfortunately not unusual right now. That field office has been taking 3 to 6 months, sometimes even longer, to issue a decision after interview, especially if the case needs internal review. A lot of people don’t get an RFE or update online, it just stays “actively reviewed” until a decision is mailed. @🤲👏 😇 when was your interview? we had ours on sept and we’re still waiting.

@find eb i have a friend who interview there and since new fiscal year still nothing. my case was also there for a solid 6 months until it was send to my current states

@Manifest Law its been over 6 months and I have done e-request and congressional inquiry, nothing yet from KCFO. whatever I heard from the FO is only sent denial for two people so far no approval for EB3. Could it be they are not looking to approve rather only to deny after these many years?

@SA THA when did you do the e request? we did it feb 9 and haven’t heard back anything yet.
