K1 visa welcome letter
I just received email from NVC after several inquiries about my welcome letter , it been 80 days and nothing. They said Mexico is not issuing K1 Visas at this time and that if my approved k1 application expires I might have to prove again that we qualify for K1 visa!! PLEASE HELP 🙏 DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT? IS THIS NORMAL???? HELP HELP HELP

@R V I'm dying here my life is back and forth to Mexico for 3 years I can't even keep a job because I lose them because of the traveling! I am praying 🙏

OMG Me too !! 6-8 times a year for the past 3-4 yrs 😞 its exhausting. no stability so much sacrifice.. Going now at the end of June and Hoping we come back together by September 😔

@R V It's exhausting! I am depleted! We waited 14 months for approval and now 80 days and no welcome letter ! I send about 10 inquiries and this is what u get today! Mexico is not issuing K1 visas right now! I just emailed asked them to kindly email me my case number!!!! Urghhhh ! what country are u

I'm in a K1 visa Facebook group with only Mexican beneficiaries and I see that every day there are people posting their appointments, apparently they gave you wrong information

@J M Email came directly from NVC.....and if you go on the NVC visa bulletin you can see for your self that all k1 visas are stopped In Mexico until further notice and if they have interviews maybe they are people from 2021 but as of now from what they say it's 2024 to 2025 for k1 visas for all of Mexico! UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! Facebook is not as reliable source its social media ! NVC is the direct government office! I will wait to hear from the NVC and my attorney for further information! Good luck to all! I write facts directly from NVC not from a Facebook page. 100% FACTS
