I been waiting 22 months

OMG😭 what country?

doesnt matter which country. it goes through uscis then NVC. so all countries go through the same timelines in the beginning. this will take a while

question hollywood fan why do you think za za has taken 22 months while some less?

after nvc, it goes thru consultes. this is different from one country to another. but currently uscis is taking long time to process k1 visas

oh I understand wow thats crazy leta pray we get thru im a oct 2021 filer so far 4 months waiting hopefully i get good news soon🥺

@day ce it's going to be a min before they get to you... I'm June 17 2021 still waiting 8mths they change the process time to 9 to 12 mth... everybody been waiting we all just have to pray 🙏🏾 that God makes a miracle....

I got my approval notice from uscis last year February 2021 and everytime I check the status our case still at NVC it’s been over a yr now and still the same status showing

mine stayed at nvc for 14 months

@erhiz fabian wow and when had you sent the petition? and also maybe you gor delays of NVC because we got hit hard and basically we were in the worst of it when your i-129f got approved

I spoke to uscis about 2 week ago she said the Process time can drop back down but we just don't no when

@hollywood fan you know what screwed u over, the pandemic oct 2019 and u got approved march 2020 when pandemic started thats why u waited so long for it to go to nvc ur process finished?

i think theres a small hope maybe timeframes go down

ye i think so. but i heard from people i know that they are waiting forever for their k1 visas right now as well. my lawyer is not recommending people to apply for k1 visas right now

apply for Ir1. but ye getting married would be definitely faster. USCIS are ignoring k1 visas right now

my cuzzin married her spouse in 2019 they still holding there paper....she is so upset there case is not moving

yes @natalie lucien its so frustrating being away from the one u love of course it sucks but i think changing and doing spousal will just cause more delays because i saw that the i130 which is first step of spouse is taking even longer 18-23 months😯 would be worse then😭

@erhiz j so december 2020 you sent i129f feb 2021 approval (2 months for approval) now been waiting 1 year and nothing has been sent to NVC is that correct? why havent u checked or called? isnt wait too long

i feel like people applied for K1 in 2021 waiting forever for the approval. it just not fair to us 😭💔

oh I did also my lawyer did almost everyday no luck and I didn’t talk to anyone but they respond on my email saying they had my petition on hold due to back log same msg everytime I sent email to public inquiry
