You should recive the first notice (noa1) few days after filling the process.The second notice (Noa2) you receive when your case is approved.The time between these notice is the same as the Uscis timeframe.I think you are talking about the Welcome letter which you recive 2 or 3 months after Noa2.If you are talking about that I agree with you.It took me 2 months to get the welcome letter but this is not a second notice.

Some people don’t put an email on file when they submit their application, so they receive it through mail. 2 months to receive the welcome letter sounds about right.

Awesome @moosy. You have to wait until it shows in transit, which will be the same time that you will receive your welcome letter.
