K1 questions after NVC
Hi everyone. I received an email from the nvc telling me that my case is in transit to the embassy on Jul 2 so anyone has experience this can help me
1. How long do i have to wait until my case ready and receive the welcome letter? Usually how long until the interview after submitting everything?
2. Does that mean NVC approved my paperwork?
3. For the affidavit support, my fiancé’s 2021-2022 income is enough but 2023 is below the minimum annual income. Anyone has experience that? Any idea can help?

you will need a co-sponsor if your finance's income in 2023 is below the minimum annual income, they look at the current year.
