Unfortunately, from following other groups, it is taking 90 days or more. The hold up is initially with USCIS. They are not shipping to NVC quickly and many cases are just being received at NVC 60 or more days after NOA2.
Once NVC gets the petition, it seems they process within 3 to 4 weeks.
Last week, some April NOA 2s reported that through NVC Inquiry, their cases have finally been received from USCIS.
