they (NVC )says if it's more than 60 days, send them message so they can contact USCIS to send over your file...the waiting seems to never end. It can drive you 🤪

it took 62 days, then the second day it was ready for interview at the embassy. dont bother sending them a message, they are 2 months behind replying to inquiries.

I understand, our petition is already at the embassy, and we didnt recieve any letter from NVC. My point is to not wait for anything from NVC when it come to K1 visa. My case was created on september 28th at the NVC and they emailed me on October 12th. October 13 we were ready to schedule the interview. I think because they are overwhelmed with petitions they are cutting corners when it comes to notifying us via mail.

exactly @ashraf i washed a video of someone who posted about her process and they said the same thing, not to wait for them and start the process at least 2 to 3 weeks after the approval

dont remember which video but watch mills channel on YouTube she explains the process step by step by her experience. she went through it

Semir, 08/11 of this year got approval, 09/28 case created at NVC, they notified me 10/12. next day it was ready at the embassy for me us to pay and schedule an interview.

I contacted USCIS and they told me that your account on USCIS will be updated when they send your case to the NVC. Also, to allow 90 days after your NOA 2 receipt. I’m approaching the 2-month mark myself.

my case was approved 8/23 /22 until today not nvc welcome letter no interview email from my country embassy .what do I need to do ?
