homo couple is the easiest and no issues type of situation but you’re a Muslim, perhaps they think homo is a thing in Muslim community and it’s rare or near impossible to see a Muslim homo or gay.

Age difference itself is not a problem. just keep your hopes up, if anything happens I’d advice to just get married and you won’t have anything to worry about a thing. congratulations on your approval and Goodluck with the rest of the process

@A B is right too. you need a lot of meetings and evidence to scale through K1. the burden of evidence is on you. it’s more evidence based that Spousal visa. hope you front load and have much evident. Goodluck brother.

Hi AB, thanks for your words. Yes, we had a lawyer both times and this time lawyer provided all the evidence upfront, unlike last lawyer. Gays are everywhere. Yes in Pakistan they don't open up because not only could they face isolation but may also be killed because of homophobia. I never let my family know about it. I am 32 and men my age ars mostly married in my country. I hope the fact that we are still together even after last rejection plays a role. We are together for 7 years now. Hope all this combined makes sense to them that a fraud would move on to his/her next target after first rejection/failure
