I never thought I have to wait these long to get approved 😏😏. it has been 9 month and 2 week already. I don't know still how much long??
I submit an inquiry about a month ago. USCIS response was they can't give me timeframe of how long it will takes. I'm gonna submit second inquiries tomorrow. I wanna know what excuses they will make 😅.
December to January is my big hope to get approved but who knows how long ??

Hi, good to hear that. Most people have to wait three, five, ten or even 20 years for their documents to be approved. 🙂

@Menuka parai. There is nothing to worry about. That’s the way it is. Immigration needs to make sure of their decision and investigate as much as possible before saying yes to everyone. 🤗

I am no expert, I can only tell you about our K1 with California service center. Petition sent 2/5/21 approved 9/26/21. Case approval was sent to my fiancee's embassy on Nov 9th and I was notified via email Nov 15th with further instructions. We are now waiting for an interview which is looking to be in March. I am sure you are very close. It of course can be a long wait depending on the countries embassy operations during covid. Ours is Egypt and thankfully operating and taking interviews. I hope your case is approved soon and wish you the best if luck. What a rollar coaster ride we are on and all just to be with the one we love so.

hope you will get your interview soon …. don’t you fill out DS160 ? when you pay all fee you will get the date right ??

Immigration will never give you a exact date, it depends on a lot of things. There are thousands of millions of cases like to prioritize one case just because. 😉
