just wondering
it seems to me like every approved I485 I see is either Married to a US citizen or Employment base. Has Asylee been approved lately? the waiting is frustrating and tiring

I am married and have been waiting for my GC for 1,5 years so not all are approved right away if they are family or employment based

I see, 1. 5 years is that normal

I am an asylee. I applied in January and I am still waiting. for my research, it looks like it’s between 2 - 3 years but I hope you’re right

2019 wow is that not outside of normal time?
Sophie May M.Dec 15, 2021
no. their website says it takes 42.5 months to go out of normal processing time. It comes to June 2018

@NS TSC
i believe as from what I head in about 7 months they Weill now start working on 2019 cases and the people from there told me it’s not out of normal processing time

Sunshine ❤️Dec 16, 2021
@ma land oh wow, my service center is NBC but when I look up processing time I have to look for Chicago file office, there processing time is 9.5 months to 20.5 months
Sophie May M.Dec 16, 2021
that processing time is listed for employment-based and family-based applications. I’m not sure you can assume your asylee GC case is treated the same
