JUST WHY WHY WHYYYYY
Why do applications that are for spouses overseas take a year or more to be approved just for the first step!!!!
While people that apply while in the states get approval faster!??!!?
The lather already live with his or her spouse!!!!!
The rest of us have to endure LDR just to keep our relationships going!!!!!
What kind of system is this 😠😠😠😠ðŸ˜

I applied while in the states and I'm still waiting 21 months , so that's not true for everyone

1. Poeple living in the US typically will have their cases reviewed before people outside the US. it’s easier to handle cases in house when you already have a wide variety of information on the person already here. It’s easier for them to find out if it’s a legit marriage as they can access most system here to link you and your spouse. For them to really see it’s a bonefied marriage OUTSIDE the US it is harder so will directly take more time.
2. There all people in the US who has been waiting years, even more than people outside the country
BELIEVE IT OR NOT. EVERYONE CASE IS DIFFERENT. They might seem similar but every single case is different, so you can not use someone else’s case to judge yours.
