Just file the I 130
I was wondering if I have to wait for the Receipt Notice before mailing my I 485 because we file the I 130 only now I need to mail out the I 485 and the I 864

I literally just sent my packet out today but I sent everything together my ;
130&130A

so that way I don't have to mail them in separate batches and I get my 765 fee waived.

you should have filed all forms at one time.

you need to wait until nvc sends you a letter to do those. but once you get the I797 you can file the I129F for the k3 to help expidite it. alot of people are getting approved within 3-5 months
