There’s a big difference between reject and deny. Reject means they did not accept your application and is done prior to getting your receipt number and won’t send any notification of rejection they reject and send out the reason why. Denial on the other hand, they’ll first send out a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) hoping you can send them what they need before they deny your case. They will then deny your case and will include a paragraph on how you can repeal their decision and the timeframe you have. If you got an RFE for proof of abuse and it was more emotional than physical (pictures, police reports, hospital notes etc) get a psychological evaluation done by a psychiatrist who deals with vawa cases they have the exact lingo needed by USCIS, also get your family and friends to write statements about your relationship and abuse(these should be notarized) , then if you are involved in community service at your local church or you volunteer with any organization have someone who can attest to your good moral conduct and if they know about he abuse they can pen it down as well(no notary needed if the letter is done on an organization letterhead) get your Background done and finally write out your narrative send them in. if you have an approved i-130 include it as well goes to show USCIS had already adjudicated and proved your marriage was Bona fide. If you have ever been arrested before and your case is now complete, include the disposition and include in the letter what happened. Best of luck!

@zumunda nda they asked me RFE for bona faith marriage, proof that we lived together, proof of good moral. I had two RFE and was approved. dont worry and have faith. what prove of abuse did you send them?
