How long after uscis request for RFE for medical and medical was received base on a approved vawa and a pending i-485 do they make a decision?

I have been waiting since Nov 2023, I got the Rfe for medical on Nov 2024 and they received them on January 14 2025, and I'm still waiting.

my rfe was sent out on 1/30/2025 and my lawyer has not received it. Am so worried because if I don't receive it, it's going to cause more delays.

@Jada Jojo my vawa approved march 2024 , I didn’t receive anything no RFE medical exam or interview , I’m a 1 year waiting until now .
when did your Vawa get approved?

@fadoua bahhi My vawa approved August 2025 and get RFE for medical December 3rd, I sent it and they received is February 4th.

@Fav green card I think they will do the same thing with me , my vawa approved march 14 , 2024 , I believe I will receive the RFE in march 2015 .
