yes, I expedited and got it on Nov 15. I already had my GC interview yesterday and got approved on the spot! PD July 21 2021. field office Miami, FL

I had expedited too and my status says in actively being reviewed for EAD card… Any thoughts how long did take for you to get your EAD card after expedition?

francesca - you can call USCIS and ask them to submit a expedited request for this.

they haven’t asked for any evidence yet… I am still waiting for them to reply back.

NBC is currently working on May fillers ...so it you want to obtain you EAD now you would need to expedite.

also doesn’t seem like anyone can ask for an expedite, especially because it’s not going to qualify for financial loss given the spouse is supposed to be able to support me financially. what reason do people generally use to expedite their file?
