Aug 3, 2021, still waiting. My friend who filed exactly the same forms from the same city/FO in June 2021 got her EAD in December and GC yesterday (no expedite, nothing). We are only two months apart but I still got nothing despite my attempts to expedite it twice.

we are parents asked by citizen son. PD 8/6/21. my husband got his EAD last week and I am still waiting😢 (NBC)

@ Mat James, I faxed them on Feb 24, complete silence. I dont understand how some people get updates for their requests the next day or so…

The entire process is confusing so I just decide to leave things in Gods hand stop worrying and pray.

We also have to remember even though we used the same application there are different processing times. For example and LPR may file for spouse the same time a USC files for spouse and the USC filing will always go through first. It's USC filing for spouse first then LPR filing for spouse spouse spouse spouse after. The USC is always top priority.

My case is F2A category as well. I filed I-130 in October 2021 and 765 485 in December I did biometric in February and still waiting. I know someone in the F1A category who submitted about January and he did biometric and received EAD and now got date for an interview. So it's very frustrating be we just gotta be patient. $hittt I'm frustrated as crazy but just trying to help 😫 😩

130 filed separately and approved. 485 and 765 RD July 29th. Biometrics Jan 13th. NBC. KC FO. Nothing since after biometrics. 😔😣😩😫
