July 2024 approved
hi everyone,
I’m here to inform you my i485 was approved yesterday 1/4/25.
after requesting(myself because my lawyer was against it )the dismissal of my asylum case in June 2024, my i130 was approved on 6/11/24. then I filed my i485 on July 12, 2024. my i130 was filed in 1/2022. I’ve been waiting patiently with my lawyer because my asylum interview was scheduled for April 2024 and didn’t want me to request a dismissal of the asylum case. the interview day unfortunately or fortunately he didn’t show up but I insisted to appear on my own. I asked questions and I answered questions they asked me then I asked them to talk to the “ice guy” . after explaining my situation he told me to request the dismissal. I went home and went to my lawyer office for complain . I sent my dismissal request which was approved same day by the “ice guy “ then by the judge 2 days later. couple of days later i130 approved. pray be patient but never trust anyone. i normally owe my lawyer but im not going to pay any penny and im waiting for them. good luck to you guys. happy Sunday happy new year. keep making money, save some until you get approved. to live better, pretend forgetting your case and make money, keep busy . time flies. god bless you
