July 2022 PD
anyone of you got an approval for i485 and your PD is July 2022? i have not received anything since the last update on August last year which is case pending due to unavailability of visa number. I asked my lawyer and she made an inquiry about my case-which I'm not sure if it is going to help out. I saw some posts of approval where their PD is October 2022 and I'm worried about mine. If you have an approval around that timeline, could you share your timeline and experience? thanks!

August 2022 PD here, CRP since August 2024 like you. No updates other than it has been moved to couple of field offices - do you have any dependents?

PD June 2021!!! they received my case in October 2023. I haven’t heard anything as of today.

There are plenty of approvals coming from PDs October 2022. Same category EB3 SKILLED and same country of origin. I don't understand how the process still so delayed. I'm getting worried about this.

crp = case remains pending. happens if your priority date is not current. Then once its current they process from NBC and it takes an eternity.

PD July 22, 2022, Received RFE Response on June 18, 2024 but until now, no update. Yesterday, my lawyer sent Service Request. They replied that delayed is due to the high volume of work.

@Maria Garcia we have basically the same timeline. I got RFE in May submitted right away. Pending status was the latest update in August and up until now, I am still waiting for the approval.

@G G i have a dependent. Mine wasn't transfered or anything. It stays in NBC like forever

@sam y pd may 2022 interviewed 4 months ago already had the advanced parole before the interview still waiting on green card. Atlanta office seems to be holding my file at least for 1 year 3 months now. Since it got transfered from texas november 2023, they pulled off RFE from valid documents and interview. Still pending.

@T T we basically have the same timeline. I've seen a lot of approvals through this app but none of those were from 2022
