these plp are a joke more and more, they just dont care about US citizen anymore. i keep sending emails and no movement all they say is processing in normal since they keep changing it, Now is 15 months for approval

I don’t even know why they bother with the processing time since there is no accountability on the uscis count , they can change the processing time as they please . Plain pathetic

it seems all of us who filed in May are having this issue but again they move on to the following months. they def not going on order
