@Champy quickmath how long did dhs take to join motion and what immigration court were you in

@mon c it took 7 months and I'm in Dallas immigration court

@Champy quickmath ok thanks for responding I have a case trying to get joint motion also my lawyer filed last year September and up until now I didn't hear nothing but I don't feel as if she check up either so I went ahead and got a different lawyer Who filed it again so im.praying I get a quick result this time I'm at boston immigration court I believe my second lawyer filed thorough e service while the First one email

@mon c my lawyer filed through email but I kept bombarding DHS with emails till a DhS Lawyer responded

@Champy quickmath @mon c I got a joint motion with dhs to reopen/dismiss which I submitted to BIA July 20th so I am hoping to here back from the Virginia court in less than 2months 🤞🏾

my Motion to Reopen BIA Jurisdiction was completed on August 5, 2024. It was TERMINATED.
