@jojo Amani it's depend if ur case 360 is approved or no if it's not approve u have chances to get ur case dismiss but I don't think judge will terminate until ur I-360 approve . if both in pending then u have to do joint motion to dismiss with dhs nd once they agree then it's goes before judge to sign to dismiss when it's dismiss then u can leave country if asylum in pending then u can't leave
