Joining the folks waiting for a decision
My attorney filed in December. now I think just need to wait. He said the premium process would be not good because “USCIS were filing RFE to buy time to process appropriately”. don’t know if this is true, though.
Anyway, just wanted to share my status and join this community.

I filed premium in November 2023 and got it in 8days, I'll advise you to use premium processing, it will FastTrack, pls your application must be done correctly hence you loose the money.

@arthur Costa upgrade to premium, even if you get RFE its still faster than regular. Got my update in 7 days with premium.

It’s a mixed bag. I did PP (ROW) and was sent an RFE for things that I had clearly sent (EB1-C). The RFE wasn’t even a small one. reading it would make one believe that I had not sent an 800 page submission.

hi, i upgrade my eb1A case with PP after one month wait and got approval in three days. my attorney also said the same, but i took risk rather than waiting for long time

I wonder why attorneys keep advising the people here not to do PP because of RFE reason? If the case is strong or weak PP or not doesnt bring any difference to the outcome anyway. My attorney always recommends PP (even strategized that submitting PP after few weeks may actually BRING LESS RFE for some reason) so I wonder why they did opposite for these folks here ?

I think I will not do the premium now, the interview queue on Brazil for ebs are huge (consular processing). maybe I’ll do pp on my o1 (queue for interview is much shorter)
